This private, vintage-style Hawaiian Beachfront house is footsteps from the beach, great for small families and couples traveling together. The Hale Kou is located on "Baby Beach" protected by two natural reefs offering safety for small children and those of us who want to enjoy the warm aqua Pacific Ocean without the concern of large surf. Best of all, everything you need is within walking distance including restaurants, shopping, galleries, theaters, night life and more!
This is a two bedroom, two bathroom house that features a private deck. The master bedroom is furnished with a KING-SIZE bed, a gorgeous modern bathroom, two-person Jacuzzi tub, and the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. In addition to the equipped full kitchen this unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience The living area features a futon couch and TV/ DVD player. Off the living room, there is a sunny eating area with a skylight.
NOTE: This house can be configured and priced as either a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a master suite capable of sleeping 5 people or a 4 bedroom 3 bath unit with two master suites capable of sleeping 8 people. When requesting a rental quote please specify your choice of 2+2 or 4+3. Ask for details.

- There is no daily maid service for any of the units.
- This is a non smoking facility and no smoking is allowed in any of the units.
- Please remove shoes before entering any unit. - Local custom.
- Check in time 2:00pm, check out time is 10:00am. Late check in and check out times
must be cleared with the rental agent.
- There is a three night minimum stay. 10% discount for 7 or more days.
- All rentals require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
- Cancellations will be granted with two weeks noticed with a one night room rate
charge.
- Hale Kuo reservations will be charged $175 for a clean out fee.
