"Big Kahuna" is configured as four bedroom, three bathroom house with two bedroom master suites. This unit also has a large, private, deck area off of both master bedrooms. Master bedroom #1 is furnished with a KING-SIZE bed and a gorgeous modern bathroom with two-person Jacuzzi tub. Master bedroom #2 is situated towards the back of the house for maximum privacy, has a queen-sized bed a private sitting room and a private deck. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom sleeps one with a twin-sized bed. The living area features a futon couch and TV/DVD player. Off the living room, there is a sunny eating area with a skylight.
NOTE: This house can be configured and priced as either a 4 bedroom, 3 bath unit with two mater suites capable of sleeping 8 people or a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with one master suite capable of sleeping 5 people. When requesting a rental quote please specify your choice of 4+3 or 2+2. Ask for details.

- There is no daily maid service for any of the units.
- This is a non smoking facility and no smoking is allowed in any of the units.
- Please remove shoes before entering any unit. - Local custom.
- Check in time 2:00pm, check out time is 10:00am. Late check in and check out times
must be cleared with the rental agent.
- There is a three night minimum stay. 10% discount for 7 or more days.
- All rentals require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
- Cancellations will be granted with two weeks noticed with a one night room rate
charge.
- Big Kahuna reservations will be charged $250 for a clean out fee.
